Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, dining with
colleagues or enjoying a relaxing family dinner, we are pleased
you have chosen our family owned and operated establishment. We
have had the honor of serving East Dayton and meeting many new
friends since we opened our doors in November of 1998.
Although the Wellington Grille is a relatively new part of the
Beavercreek community, our family is not new to the Dayton
restaurant scene. Since 1975, we have been serving North Dayton
at The Barnsider restaurant where we enjoy a 32 year reputation
for great food, solid value and friendly service.
Some things should never change - rest assured, we have built the
Wellington Grille on Barnsider principles of consistent high
quality and customer service. But, sometimes a little change can
be interesting, and so the Wellington has a new look and an
expanded menu.
We now offer full service off-site catering. Our mission in the
restaurant or in our catering is to please your palate with fine
wines and spirits and creative cuisine expertly prepared by our
Chef. We hope to offer you foods that are not only delicious,
but also unique and beautiful.
We are often asked why we chose the name “Wellington Grille.”
Opening the Wellington was a milestone for our family. We wanted
a name that would represent the years of dedication we had
invested to make The Barnsider a success and the Wellington a
reality. The name comes from Wellington Street, the site of our
humble childhood home. It reminds us of the road we have
traveled. . .and the promise that the future holds.
